Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, fragrance oils, perfumes, bonnets, and undercaps are final sale unless faulty.
How to return
Email hayatsfashion6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
