Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cover the cost of replacing or refunding defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned: perfumes, attar, oud, fragrance oils, incense, bakhoor, henna, and other personal-care or opened items, for health and hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union & United Kingdom — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Sealed personal-care items (such as perfumes and fragrance oils) that have been opened after delivery are exempt for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hayatsfashion6@gmail.com.
