Thank you for shopping with Hayat's Fashion. We ship worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Orders placed during peak periods or sales may take slightly longer to process.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
International orders — customs, duties, and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. They are determined and collected by your local customs authority, and Hayat's Fashion has no control over them and cannot estimate or refund them.
As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If a package is refused or returned to us because of unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs and non-refundable original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays and customs holds
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by customs processing in the destination country. International orders held in customs are subject to that country's procedures and timelines, which are outside our control.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
